HOW DO YOU TURN A FESTIVAL INTO A NEIGHBORHOOD MOMENT?
YOU BUILD A BRAND THAT FEELS LIKE A BLOCK PARTY.
YOU BUILD A BRAND THAT FEELS LIKE A BLOCK PARTY.
A Big Beautiful Block Party is Life is Beautiful’s street-level spin on festival culture, inspired by classic neighborhood block parties in Downtown Las Vegas. Designed as a more intimate, dance-forward experience, it reimagines the LIB universe across two stages and a tightly packed, walkable footprint, with a two-day format built so fans can catch every set.
I led creative direction and visual identity for the Block Party, touching every partner integration and building a world inspired by vintage underground rave flyers: bright, clashing colors, bold typography, and a raw, DIY energy that still felt connected to the core Life is Beautiful brand. I owned the creative front to back, from defining the brand system and designing key visuals to directing how photography, social, and on-site staff expressed the Block Party world.
Across the campaign, I delivered hundreds of assets spanning digital, OOH, and on-site environments, from marketing and social to stage branding, wayfinding, and sponsor takeovers. Every major partner integration ran through this lens, ensuring brands like Liquid Death, Ghost, Smirnoff, Aperol, Nutrl, and others felt native to the Block Party aesthetic rather than simply dropped into the experience, and helping keep the Life is Beautiful brand active downtown while the full-scale festival took a planned pause.
